	THE SONGS
	'Healthy Me' is intended to bring added value to health education, provide opportunities to extend the learning and make health education messages fun and memorable. We also hope to provide a jolly good song book to help keep music alive in the primary school! More and more schools are realising the importance of pupils' emotional health and well being and self esteem. Good self-esteem is important to positive health choices. We hope that 'Healthy Me' will add to a child's sense of wonder in their bodies and contribute to the development of good self-esteem.
