S.W.I.S.H. (Saltash Womens Information, Support and Help group)
SWISH is a newly-formed womens group which meets in Saltash college every Monday afternoon. We offer friendship and support to all members, and a varied programme which can range from cooking and good food to music-making, art workshops, beauty therapy and pampering, talks from health visitors, CAB etc etc. New members will be offered a warm welcome and the opportunity to make lots of new friends.
We meet at the cookery room at Saltash College every Monday at 1.00pm - 3.00 pm.

East Cornwall CVS & Inter-link Cornwall FREE Training Courses!
East Cornwall CVS & Inter-link Cornwall are running a series of one day training courses & events. These days are open to anyone in Cornwall and are FREE for voluntary and community sector employees and volunteers. There will be a charge of £25 per day for anyone from the statutory or private sector. The times of the courses will be 9.30am – 3.30pm.
