6 progressive brief interventions focussing on changing eating and activity habits

2. Weight Management – A Self Help Guide Workbook
This is a 12 step programme to work through at your own pace.
The booklet covers:-
- Understanding the benefits and difficulties of making changes
- Know what you want to achieve & planning your goals
- Exploring current eating habits, the importance of keeping to a regular eating pattern and portion sizes
- Reviewing your current activity habits
- Keeping motivated
- Explore shopping choices, cooking and who controls your food choices.
- Why we eat and what triggers us to eat
- How to overcome a lapse.
