Flu Vaccinations

For some people the 'flu can lead to more serious illnesses such as pneumonia and bronchitis.

You should have a 'flu vaccination if you are aged 65 or over, or have:

• a chronic heart or chest complaint, including asthma.
• a chronic kidney disease
• diabetes
• lowered immunity due to illness or treatment (ie steroid medication or cancer treatment)
• any other serious medical condition - check with your GP.

The best time to be vaccinated is between late September and November.
