Demonstration Circles

I welcome the opportunity to come into schools to work with staff and children in demonstration circles.

These circles are important to me for my own practice and experience in Circle Time but I have come to the conclusion that they are of limited benefit to teachers. The circumstances are quite false, I don't know the children and they don't know me- therefore it may not be a safe environment! I tend to stick to tried and trusted 'safe' circles that I know will work (mostly) and so it sometimes seems a little pointless.

What would be a very good opportunity is for teachers to watch other experienced teachers in their own schools or in other schools. Perhaps through the Network we can put teachers in touch with colleagues in other schools to attend their circle times...
