Below is a list of various organisations and sources of materials that I have come across in recent weeks - it is unlikely to be a definitive list and I would welcome your suggestions for additions.
In addition to Jenny Mosley's Whole School Quality Circle Time Model there are other approaches to raising self-esteem in the classroom.

Protective Behaviours is a process which raises self-esteem and self-confidence and helps people become more assertive by equipping with strategies to keep themselves safe. More information about protective behaviours can be found at www.protectivebehaviours.co.uk

Assertive Discipline is a positive approach to discipline in the classroom which puts the child's self-esteem at its heart. The term 'assertive discipline' is most closely associated with the work of Lee and Marlene Canter. I have seen a number of schools in Cornwall using Assertive Discipline.
Emotional Literacy
PositivelyMAD (Positively Make A Difference) is an organisation that have a range of interesting resources and they offer self- esteem and study skills workshops in schools. I know about them because of a rave review from a Cornwall primary school involved in the Healthy Schools Scheme but I can't remember who they were!! If you are that school - let me know! The Pyramid Trust is a charity that offers after schools clubs and activities to children in Y4 and is all about raising self esteem. There is a local scheme operating in Cornwall but it is not available to all schools. Incentive Plus is a company that provides a comprehensive range of resources about PSHE/Ct., self-esteem, emotional literacy discipline, accelerated learning etc. You can get hold of a catalogue via their website.
On-Track is a Home Office initiative that is intended to divert children from offending behaviour again with an emphasis on self-esteem. At the time of writing it is only available in Kerrier. Information can be found via the Children's Fund site below.
Children's Fund in Cornwall is working with children in the 5 - 13 age group through a range of initiatives throughout the County.
