Matters and Healthy Schools

The introduction of the new, more rigorous standard for Healthy Schools as of September 2005 is as a direct result of Every Child Matters.
Schools are now required to take account of the five key outcomes of ECM. This is something OfSTED will looking for and it is to be evidenced in the school's SEF.
Much of the new audit centres on the 5 outcomes and the core themes of the new standard are centred on them.
