Educational Action Challenging Homophobia (EACH) is the multi award-winning charity providing training, resources and support services to affirm the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or questioning (LGBT+) people. Together these work to reduce discrimination, harassment or bullying experienced because of sexual orientation or gender identity.

Since 2003, EACH has worked across a range of sectors: Education, Criminal Justice System, Health, Housing, Social and Library Services, Local Government and wraparound voluntary, community and corporate sector organisations.

 

Our services include:

Delivering CPD Accredited Speaker led training and consultancy to help national and regional agencies better understand legislation regarding sexual orientation and gender identity matters to effect change at strategic and practical levels


Inspiring schools, colleges and universities to implement policy and procedural change around sexual orientation and gender identity issues through Department for Education and PSHE Association endorsed resources, training and consultancy with pupils, students and staff


Guiding organisations, companies and educational institutions to develop best practice in supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual or trans employees, staff, students or pupils


A freephone UK Helpline (0808 1000 143) and online reporting service for young people to secure support following homophobic, biphobic or transphobic bullying
