The Patients Association

Location: county wide

Join a patient group

Your local surgery has a Patient Participation Group. This is a group where you can give your views and opinions about health care.

Why should I join?

If you have been to the surgery as a patient, parent, carer or friend your experiences are important. You can bring different ideas to the surgery. This will help to treat patients better and improve the service.

Where do patient groups meet?

They meet at the surgery a few times a year. If you cannot come to meetings we have an online group. This will also give you information by email.

Will my views be heard?

Your views are important. We will listen to everyone's views and we will think about them. It may not be possible to do something about all views.
